Pan roasted seabass with colossal and kalamata olives, capers, cherry tomatoes, basil and white wine; served with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and sautéed spinach

Braised veal shank with vegetables, red wine, porcini mushrooms and crushed tomatoes; served with saffron risotto
